If you wish to stop receiving emails from Mentimeter, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails
In every email that we send to you, there is a "Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Simply click that button and you will not receive emails from Mentimeter anymore.
Unsubscribe from results emails
If you do not wish to receive an email with the results after your presentation, you can change your preference in your account settings. Simply toggle the "Presentation results" option under Email Notifications:
Unsubscribe from participation code emails
If you have prolonged the participation code, you will get a reminder email when the code is about to expire. If you don’t want to receive these emails, you can use the participation link or QR code instead of prolonging the code. The link and QR code will never expire.
Unsubscribe from Menti Academy emails
Simply log in to your Mentimeter Academy account, and head to your Notification Settings and uncheck both boxes for “Send me a weekly email reminder” and “Receive notifications for communities”. This will stop all Menti Academy related emails.
