Member lite (all plans)

Member lite is a free role which can only create Mentis with free features and conduct Menti presentations with a monthly participant limit of 50. In Basic and Pro workspaces, we allow up to 20 Member Lite.

Member (Basic, Pro & Enterprise Plan)

Member is a paid role which can create and present Mentis without limitations within the plan. The specific features available for each plan type can be found on our plans page.

Admin (Basic, Pro & Enterprise Plan)

Admin is a paid role which has the authority to modify workspace settings, invite and manage members, as well as create and present Mentis without limitations within the plan.

Owner (all plans)

In paid workspaces, the Owner is a paid role which holds the responsibility of managing billing matters such as adding more licenses, upgrading, downgrading, or canceling a subscription. The owner has the authority to modify workspace settings, invite and manage members, as well as create and present Mentis without limitations within the plan.

In free workspace, the Owner is a free role which is allowed to upgrade the team. In this case, the owner can only create Mentis with free features and conduct Menti presentations with a monthly participant limit of 50.
