You can add a profile picture to personalize your account and make it easier for others to recognize you when collaborating. The image will show instead of your initials in your account, when collaborating and in workspace members lists.
How to open the Name & image settings
Both your name and your profile picture are managed in the same place:
Click your initials (or current profile picture) in the top-right corner of your Mentimeter account.
Click Settings.
In Settings, expand the Name & image section by clicking the small arrow on the right.

How to change your profile name
To change the name shown on your Mentimeter account:
Open the Name & image section in Settings
Edit the name in the name field
Click 'Save name'
Your updated name will appear in workspace members lists and wherever you collaborate on presentations.
How to add or change your profile picture
To add a profile picture to your Mentimeter account:
Open the Name & image section in Settings (click your initials in the top-right corner, click Settings, then expand Name & image).
In the Profile image field, either drag and drop your image file directly into the field, or click the field to browse your files and upload an image.
Note: the file must be under 15mb. Accepted formats are .png, ..jpg, . jpeg, .gif, .svg, .webp, .avif, .heic, and .heic
Your photo now replaces your initials in the top-right corner of the home view, in members lists for workspaces, and when collaborating on a presentation in the Edit view.
Once uploaded, your profile picture replaces your initials in the top-right corner of the home view:
