Mentimeter sends notifications to keep you up to date with your presentation results, your collaborations, and changes in your workspace. You can choose which notifications you receive in your Settings menu, which has two sections: In-app notifications (shown inside Mentimeter) and Email notifications (sent to your email address). Where to find your notifications
The notifications icon (a bell) is located next to your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner of your Mentimeter account. Click it to see your recent notifications.
Which in-app notification types you can turn on or off
In-app notifications appear inside Mentimeter under the notifications icon. You can turn each type on or off individually under In-app notifications in your Settings menu. The available in-app notification types are:
Workspace changes & requests: updates about changes in your workspace and requests that need your attention
Comments & replies: when someone comments on your presentation or replies to your comment
Presentation results: updates relating to the results of your presentations
Changes to my access rights: when your access to a presentation or workspace changes
Which email notification types you can turn on or off
Mentimeter can also send some notifications to your email address. You can turn these on or off under Email notifications in your Settings menu. The available email notification types are:
Comments & replies — an email when someone comments on your presentation or replies to your comment
Presentation results — an email with updates relating to the results of your presentations
