How can I delete my Mentimeter account?

Follow this guide to permanently delete your Mentimeter account — whether you no longer need it or created it by accident — and to understand what happens to your subscription, presentations, and data when you do.

⚠️ Deleting your Mentimeter account cannot be undone. Your account, your presentations, and all the votes and results you collected are permanently lost.

Before you delete:

  • If you have a paid subscription: deleting your account cancels the subscription, but we recommend cancelling your subscription first, before deleting the account. Remaining paid time is not refunded.

  • If you're part of an Enterprise workspace: you can't delete your account while you're a member of the workspace. You'll see a message saying "Can't delete account." First leave the workspace in your account settings, or ask one of your workspace admins to remove you, then you can delete your account.
