Please Note: Once your account is deleted, all data, including presentations and results will be permanently deleted within 14 days and cannot be restored.
How to delete your account
Open your Account Settings by clicking your initials on the top right corner and select this option from the drop-down menu.
At the bottom of the Account settings page, click the Yes, delete button.
You will see a message with some information about what will happen to your presentations and data after deletion. If you wish to proceed, click the Continue deleting account button.
Next, you will be asked to confirm which account you want to delete. To proceed, please review the account information and click the Continue button.
Finally, select a reason for deleting your account and confirm the email address connected to the account by filling out the text field. Once done, you can proceed with deleting your account by clicking the Delete account button.
After completing the final step of this, you will see a message confirming that your account has been deleted.
