The Requests page is a centralized hub for admins to manage join requests and Member Lite roles and upgrades. Admins can review and approve all types of requests on the Requests Page with a single click.

If a Member Lite needs full access to paid features, they can request a role upgrade in the top banner:

When this is done, all workspace admins will receive a notification (as well as an email). Admins can then approve the request either on the Requests page (in the Role upgrade requests tab) or directly in the email.

You can also see the current license capacity so you can make informed decisions when approving requests.

For workspaces that require admin approval in order to join, admins can manage these requests in the Join workspace requests tab:

If your workspace is out of available licenses, the Invite button will be greyed out. You can purchase more licenses directly on this page via this button:
