Conference plans come in two sizes: Small Conference with up to 4 presenters, and Large Conference with up to 20 presenters.

What is included in the Conference plan?
Both Conference plan sizes include full access to Mentimeter's features for 30 days from the date of purchase:
Unlimited participants
All interactive slide types, such as Multiple Choice, Word Cloud, Q&A and Quiz
Your own branding, including custom background, colors and your own logo
Excel export of results, per question or per voter, for analysis after the event
Editing presentations together with your team
What is the difference between a Small and a Large Conference plan?
The difference between the Small Conference plan and the Large Conference plan is the number of presenters:
Small Conference — up to 4 presenters
Large Conference — up to 20 presenters
Both plans include the same features, unlimited participants, and the same 30-day access period.
Each presenter needs their own Mentimeter account with their own login credentials. Multiple presenters cannot share a single account, as shared logins cause unexpected behavior and violate Mentimeter's terms of use.
When does a Conference plan make sense?
A Conference plan is the right choice for a one-time event with more than one presenter, taking place within 30 days of purchase. Common examples include:
Conferences and summits with multiple speakers who each run their own interactive sessions
Company events, such as an annual kickoff or offsite, where several teams present
Large one-off workshops or training days delivered by more than one facilitator
When should you choose an annual plan instead?
An annual plan is the better choice in the following situations:
Only one person will present. We recommend an annual Pro plan instead. A Pro plan covers a single presenter for a full year, so you can continue to use Mentimeter after your event.
You will use Mentimeter more than once. Annual plans cover recurring meetings, training sessions and future events. A Conference plan gives you 30 days of access from the date of purchase.
You need more than 20 presenters, or 10 or more licenses for your organization. Contact our team about an Enterprise subscription instead.
