If you’ve accidentally deleted a presentation, you can get it back in just a few clicks. Mentimeter keeps recently deleted presentations in a dedicated Trash folder, so you have time to recover them before they’re gone for good.
Open the Trash folder
From your Dashboard, look at the bottom of the left-hand menu and select Trash. This section contains all presentations that have been deleted within the last 30 days.
Locate and restore your presentation
Scroll through the list to find the presentation you want to restore. When you’re ready, click Restore next to the presentation’s name. Mentimeter will immediately move it back to your My presentations folder, keeping all your slides, questions and settings intact.
Keep in mind: You will find your presentations in your My presentations folder no matter where it was located before being deleted. If the recovered presentation was in another folder, you will need to manually move it back to your preferred location after recovery.
Good to know
Presentations will only remain in the Trash folder for 30 days before they are permanently deleted.
Restored presentations appear exactly as they were when deleted, so you can continue editing or presenting without any extra setup.
