No, a Mentimeter account is personal and cannot be shared. Sharing a single account with other users is a violation of Mentimeter's Terms of Use. Each presenter needs to create their own Mentimeter account using their own email address. If you want to collaborate with colleagues, use a Mentimeter workspace with multiple licenses instead (see "How can colleagues work on presentations together?" below).
Why does each presenter need their own account?
Every presenter needs an individual Mentimeter account for two reasons:
Platform stability: individual accounts let Mentimeter ensure a stable platform for every presenter.
Security of your results: on a shared account, results can be accidentally lost. For example, if another presenter logs in and changes the questions in a presentation you've already run, the results from your previous sessions may be lost.
How can colleagues work on presentations together?
Instead of sharing one account, set up a Mentimeter workspace — a shared space where each colleague has their own account (license) and you can collaborate on presentations. To do this:
Choose a Mentimeter Basic or Pro plan.
Add one license per presenter at checkout — every person who presents needs their own license.
