Cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription
Our Basic and Pro subscriptions automatically renew annually when the purchase is made by credit card or PayPal. To use the subscription for just one period and avoid an unwanted renewal, you can cancel the auto-renewal anytime through the Billing section in your account settings menu at any point before the renewal date.
This cancellation only stops the automatic renewal - you will keep full access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period. Therefore, you can disable the auto-renewal whenever it suits you.
Reactivating auto-renewal
If you cancel auto-renewal but later decide to that you would like your subscription to renew after all, you can easily reactivate it by clicking Turn auto-renewal on in the Billing section of your account settings. All your presentations and data will still remain in your account.
Note: If your subscription expires, you can no longer update your payment method in your account settings. In this case, you can simply purchase a new plan directly from our plans page. Your account will be upgraded again and you will be able to access all your old presentations.
What happens to my presentations when my account is downgraded?
If you cancel your subscription, all your existing presentations and results will still remain in your account. You will have access to the free account features but you will no longer have access to any paid features, so if a presentation contains paid features you won't be able to use it.
