Mentimeter offers the possibility to share your private Mentis or templates with all users in your workspace. Paid members in a Pro or Enterprise workspace will be able to edit and present the workspace Mentis, while Member Lite users in the workspace can view and leave comments on the Menti.
You can either share your own private Mentis to the existing Workspace Mentis folder or you can create a Menti directly in the shared space. All workspace members then have access to all the results while also being able to edit, rename, and present all Mentis shared in this space.

You can gain access to all results on Mentis instantly and feel a greater sense of togetherness with other members of your workspace
Sharing Mentis with your workspace
The creator of the Menti has full rights over who has access to their Mentis and can choose to move Mentis to and from the workspace Menti space at any time.
How to move a Menti to Workspace Mentis
To move a Menti from your private Mentis to the Workspace Mentis page, click the three dots to the right of the desired Menti and choose Move to Workspace Mentis.
You will then see the pop-up window below where you can confirm your choice:
Please Note: If a Menti has collaborators outside of your workspace environment, they will need to be removed first, before being able to share this Menti with all the users in your workspace. Similarly, if you wish to invite external collaborators to a Menti in the shared space, the Menti must first be removed from Workspace Mentis, before you can add the desired collaborators to your Menti.
How to move a Workspace Menti back to My Mentis
If you no longer would like to grant your workspace access to your Mentis, you can choose to move a Menti back to your private Mentis.
To move a Menti from Workspace Mentis back to My Mentis, click the three dots to the right of the desired presentation and choose "Move to My Presentations."
Note: If you are the owner of a Pro or Enterprise subscription, the shared presentations function can be turned off in your workspace settings.
Can paid Members co-edit with free Member Lite users in Workspace Mentis?
Member Lite users can view and comment on Workspace Mentis, but they cannot edit or present.
