Note: The instructions below only apply if you want to join the workspace as a paid member and occupy a license. If you wish to join the workspace as a free Member Lite user, you will need to reach out to your subscription owner or admin to request an invitation.
Q: My organization has a Mentimeter subscription with SSO, how can I join?
A: If you already have a free Mentimeter account:
If you are not using your organizational email address you will need to change your email first.
Follow the link provided to you or click 'Login with SSO' and find your workspace.
You will be re-directed to login through your organisation site with your organisation credentials.
You will be logged into your Mentimeter account and you can continue using Mentimeter as before
A: If you don’t have a Mentimeter account:
Follow the link provided to you or click 'Login with SSO' and find your workspace.
You will be re-directed to log in through your organisation site with your organisation credentials.
We will automatically create you a Mentimeter account and make you part of the workspace subscription.
A: If you have a paid Mentimeter subscription
Follow the link provided to you or click 'Login with SSO' and find your workspace.
You will be re-directed to login through your organisation site with your organisation credentials.
You will receive a pop-up asking you to confirm if we can cancel your individual license to join your Organization account - Select "Join workspace" and your individual license will be automatically cancelled.
Please keep in mind we do not automatically process a refund when we cancel your individual license - Reach out to us at hello@mentimeter.com for assistance with a refund.
You will be logged into your Mentimeter account and you can continue using Mentimeter as before.
