The notifications icon can be found next to your initials or profile picture in the top right corner of your account:

By default, you will get notifications relating to presentation results, comments, and replies, as well as changes to your access rights and your workspace.
You can customize what types of notifications you want to get under In-app notifications in your Settings menu:
