If your organization has implemented Single Sign-on (SSO), you can join the subscription using your company credentials even if you have not yet set up a Mentimeter account.

Note: you can only join the workspace this way as a paid member, as SSO is not available for free Member Lite users. If you wish to join the workspace as a Member Lite, you will need to reach out to your subscription owner or admin to request an invitation.

Simply:

  1. Head over to the Single Sign-On page

  2. Enter your email address or the name of your organization and select "Continue"

  3. You will be redirected to sign-in via your organizational portal, so sign in using your usual credentials.

  4. You are now logged in and using Mentimeter through SSO!

If you are a first-time Mentimeter user, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address - click the link to confirm and connect your account to your organization’s subscription.

Can’t find your workspace?

Make sure to enter the correct name of the workspace you wish to join (our SSO page is NOT case-sensitive). Please reach out to your administrator to double-check that the spelling is correct if you're still having issues.

No space left in the workspace?

If the workspace happens to be full, you will receive an error message. Please reach out to your workspace administrator stated in the message to help you proceed.

If you have followed the above steps but have not yet received an email, please contact support and we’ll help you out.

If your organization has not implemented SSO for Mentimeter but you would like to find out more, please reach out to our sales team for more information.
