Mentimeter for Teams

At Mentimeter we are strong believers in the power of together, so you can create or join a team, no matter which plan type you have (even with a free account).

The following is available for all teams, regardless of plan type:

  • Invite friends and colleagues to create and learn with you

  • Share presentations with everyone in your workspace

Paid teams plans have additional features. Basic teams include:

  • All of the above

  • 20 free Member lite seats

  • All Basic features

Pro teams:

  • All of the above

  • Shared templates

  • 20 free Member lite seats

  • All Pro features

Enterprise:

  • All of the above,

  • Additional security features

  • Custom amount of free Member lite seats

  • Dedicated advisor

How it works

Each user who wants to create, edit or present a presentation will need to create their own account with their own login credentials.

For paid subscriptions, each user will receive a license and be designated as a "Member" within the workspace. Alternatively, users have the option to join the workspace in a "Member Lite" role at no cost. The subscription owner is responsible for purchasing the licenses and managing the workspace roles of other users.

The subscription owner can manage everything centrally, including payments, license distribution and workspace roles. They can also invite colleagues to join the subscription using their own accounts, either as a Member who needs an available license or as a Member Lite, a user with free limitations. Additionally, the owner can effortlessly remove a license from one user and reassign it to another.

Adding users to your team

If you’re part of a free or Basic team, any member of the team can invite other users to join the team (not just the team owner). Learn more about Mentimeter Teams for free accounts.

For paid teams, only subscription owners and admins can add new users to the team if the "Workspace Invitation Permissions" setting is set to 'Only Admins and Owners'. If this setting is set to 'All Members', then all workspace members can invite new users as Member Lite (free). However, only admins and owners can invite paid members. Upgrading your team

Upgrading a team can only be done by the subscription owner, and it is only possible to upgrade the whole team at once.

If you originally purchased a Basic team and you decide you would like to upgrade to a Pro team, you can do so on our plans page. You will need to upgrade all of the licenses currently on your plan to Pro, as it is not possible to have a Team consisting of a mix of Basic and Pro licenses.
